Summary:

• We are looking for a dynamic, fast learning engineer who has good communication skills and has working knowledge of leading productivity tools used in a product development environment.
• In addition to involving in administration and the maintenance of third party tools, the person is expected to have knowledge of scripting languages.
• The Tool administration and maintenance responsibilities will include user account management, creation and maintenance of backup scripts and regular production tool upgrades and environment upgrades.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

• Install, configure, enhance, and test any new or existing tools.
• Manage user accounts, manage data backups, and perform tools upgrade.
• Take part in daily scrum, planning meetings with the team members and requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver scripts required for maintaining the Tool set.
• Involve in any qualification processes of any new tool or any tool features as needed.
• Create needed documentation on any new tool or new feature on any existing tool.
• Participate in any tool demonstrations to the stake holders.
• Monitor the ticketing system notifications and other user requests and address them and update the tickets as per the SLA defined by the team.

Skills:

• Working knowledge on Tools such as ReviewBoard, JIRA, GIT, Confluence, TestRail, Stash.
• Administration knowledge on Tools such as ReviewBoard, JIRA, GIT, Confluence, TestRail.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile Software Development.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PHP, Python, and Shell Scripting.
• Familiarity with Operating Systems such as Windows and Linux.
• Knowledge in programming languages such as Java and C# is desired.
• Familiarity with ASP .Net technology is desired.
• Knowledge in database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle is desired.
• Communication skills - written and verbal.
• Ability to work in a distributed team environment.

Educational Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent is required ,1 – 3 year of relevant experience is required .
