Eligibility: BA, B.SC, B.com, MBA, MCA, B.E./B.Tech.

Poaition : Helpdesk Engineer

Experienced : 0 to 2 Years

Location : Pune, Hyderabad

Salary : 1,50,000 - 2,00,000 P.A

Job Description:


  • Well versed with Microsoft office like excel, word, ppt etc..
  • Good communication skill in English
  • Good mail writing skills
  • Should be a team player
  • Flexible to work in shifts


Roles & Responsibility :


  • Would be responsible for assigning calls in Tech Mahindra helpdesk to support engineers
  • Would be stationed as L0 support for Tech Mahindra internal applications
  • Should co-ordinate between support engineers and end users in order to resolve the INCIDENTS
  • Should reply in mails to users about their INCIDENTS
