Job Description :
- Handle calls & provide effective solutions
- Monitor emails and respond to the customer with effective solutions
- Problem Solving and Responding to Customer Need
- Follow-up daily on all the open incidents
- Escalating incidents according to SLAs
- Follow SOPs and prepare new SOPs on need basis
Desired Profile
- Microsoft Certified / ITIL Trained Freshers Required!
- Good Technical skills.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Good Knowledge on Windows Server, concepts like, DHCP, DNS, Fileserver, folder permissons
- Willingness to work in shifts.
