Job Role:

• Job Description: existing libraries to customers enable the ICF technology offerings to customers.
• Circuit design: PPA tradeoff between different cell circuit architecture in realistic usage environment.
• characterization and views generation of the libraries with several custom PVT corners.
• QA of the generated & modelled FE/FB views using ICF inhouse tools and industry standard PnR, Simulation & Signoff tools.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of work, design flows and reports.
• Automation of manual tasks to reduce the overall time and effort spent.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Person should have B. Tech. /M. Tech. / M.S. degree in Electronics/VLSI domain.
• Excellent understanding of MOSFET transistor level characteristics, CMOS design, ASIC design flow, VLSI-design.
• Must understand issues related to advanced nanometer technologies, DFM, LFD, IR, electro migration, SI, LOD, Proximity-effects etc.
• Familiarity with SPICE simulators, HDL (Verilog/VHDL).
• Familiarity with layout and schematic editors.
• Basic Understanding of the views like lef, NLDM, CCS etc. .libs.
• Working knowledge of Scripting languages csh, perl or tcl are preferred.
• Strong debugging and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a good team player.
