Job Description :

• Understanding of the work environment, related business processes .
• Requirement understanding & data gathering for drafting of all processes.
• Document processes in standard format by using tools like MS-Visio, Powerpoint .
• Deliver designed processes within defined time frame by using Master Construction Plan (MCP) of VW AG .
• Complete day to day assigned tasks and issues .
• Document tasks and related processes in Files & VW Std. tools .
• Develop technical knowledge and expertise for the assigned job profile by understanding the core business functions .
• Working based on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) .
• Identify and report risks related to Process signoff & completion .
• Update signed off processes on Intranet .
• Review of Processes & reporting to CoV area owner & subsequently to CIO .
