Job Description :

• Setup and maintenance of Securities – Debt and Equity
• Use vendor databases – Bloomberg and IDSI to pull up security details for security set-up or updation
• Setting up the Security requested as per vendor database and confirm to requestor that the request is completed within process Turn Around Time
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly tasks on rates and factor updates for variable rate and factored bonds. Research on vendor databases for this information
• Challenge vendor sources if any needed information is not available or is incorrect
• Perform self-review of data inputted in the back office systems. Ensure secondary review for such data is performed by the assigned reviewer in the process
• Update interest rates on LIBOR, FED and others on the system for Index linked securities
• Work on projects for set-up of securities for new clients within specified deadlines
• Ensure that all established procedures are followed.
• Excellent organisational skills are required with the ability to prioritise workload, work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
• To be flexible in their attitude and approach; have a strong desire to learn from day to day scenarios.

Desired Profile :

• Fresher with Knowledge in financial and capital markets
• Strong understanding of Investment bank & Derivatives
• Good communication skills - verbal and written. Proficient skills in English language (speaking, writing and comprehension)
• Working knowledge in MS Office products including MS Excel
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Highly motivated and self driven individual
• Reconciliation and analytical skills with an aptitude for problem solving
