Job Description :

• End to End Project Invoicing o Invoice Reviews & Time Reconciliations (using Oracle) o Project & Resource Scheduling in Oracle o Administration of the life cycle of Projects in Oracle
• Approval of standard consulting contracts, known as Work Orders. With a view to ensure that the rates and contract structure are in line with company policy.
• Ensuring VSOE compliance to Work Orders, as well as, other company revenue recognition policies.
• Preparation of ‘Funding Packs’.
• Running Weekly reports – Over-Budget/Project Resource Management
• Analysis of Non-Billable time

Desired Profile:

• Oracle Projects Module knowledge would be an advantage
• Should be well versed with understanding revenue Forecasting, resource scheduling & Billing of Projects.
• Strong MS Excel Knowledge
• Have the ability to communicate at all levels with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Hold a MBA/BA/B.Com honours Degree (Business/Accounting/Finance Degree would be preferred)
