- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills, Analytical Skills.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.
- We are presently recruiting entry level Customer Support and Technical Support Representatives for our KPO division.
- Excellent multi-tasking skills required to carry out multiple cases at one time
- Professional experience working with external clients in a team environment
- Ability to analyze and identify concerns proactively
