Desired Profile:
- Proactive Job monitoring using multiple tools
- Working in a mix of leveraged and dedicated environment with varied processes
- Preparation and maintenance of Service Level reports
- Performing restores within the defined SLAs
- Liaising with multiple team for backup readiness
- Communicating with multiple teams to ensure quick escalations and resolutions of issues
- Attending and chairing DSRs.
- Availability and flexibility for 24x7
Required Skills:
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word.
- Understanding and Exposure to Basic Backup Terminology
- Basic knowledge of Networking, ITIL, Ticketing tools.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
