• Proactive Job monitoring using multiple tools
• Working in a mix of leveraged and dedicated environment with varied processes
• Preparation and maintenance of Service Level reports
• Performing restores within the defined SLAs
• Liaising with multiple team for backup readiness
• Communicating with multiple teams to ensure quick escalations and resolutions of issues
• Attending and chairing DSRs.
• Availability and flexibility for 24x7

Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel, Word.
• Understanding and Exposure to Basic Backup Terminology
• Basic knowledge of Networking, ITIL, Ticketing tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
