• He/She should be customer centric, with good communication skill.
• He/She should address customer queries, requests and complaints on new connections, billing, roaming, Data, Handsets, C&C and anything related to Vodafone services and its .
• He/She also needs to be excellent at upselling & cross selling services and products, thereby enhancing the store revenue/profits.
