Desired Profile:

• We are looking for user comments moderator.
• Responsibilities include protecting a brand's image, and increasing brand loyalty through the following content moderation tasks
• Reviewing user comments posted on articles.
• Reading user content. Taking action on content (such as hiding, deletion, user response, or escalation)
• Finding issues around profanity and objectionable comment.
• Making judgment whether to keep a comment or not based on data from automated algorithms.
• Review user comments and escalate as required.

Required Skills :

• Demonstrated social media super-user (including Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
• Current and active participation in Facebook fan pages, groups and discussion threads a plus
• Involvement with online community activities/types of content (blogs, video, images, audio, discussion board posts, etc.)
• Good in preparing process documents
• Good at preparing PowerPoint presentation per requirement including dashboards for decision making
• Good at Excel skills - conditional formatting, data validation, filters, functions, pivot tables, graphs.
