Candidate Profile :

• Fresher or experience of 0-2 years.
• Should be a B.E/BTech/MCA/BCA etc
• Should have excellent communication skills.
• Preferences :Certifications like ITIL/MCP/MCSE would be an added advantage.

Role Responsibilities:

• Basic knowledge on Active Directory & networking concepts.
• Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security policies and procedures.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
• Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
• Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.
• Should have excellent communication skills & willing to work 24*7 in various shifts.
