Candidate Profile:

• BE/B.Tech/BSc/BCA/MCA/3-years Polytechnic Diploma & Exceptionally good Experienced Diploma and Graduates.
• (Desktop,Laptop), PC Hardware knowledge, Desktop/Network Troubleshooting.
• Should have Hardware and OS knowledge to support Windows environment
• Knowledge of installing, configuring and troubleshooting Desktops, Laptops and Printers.
• Hardware and PC assembling experience is required.
• Knowledge on MS Outlook
• Call management, Helpdesk , Call coordination.

Job Description:

• Assist Customers over the phone, with Technical troubleshooting by providing Excellent Customer Service Assist Customers over the phone, with Order Provisioning, Order cancelation, delayed orders, expedites, etc.
• Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues.
• Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
• Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
• Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN.
• Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.
