Eligibility:

(A) Non Executive Posts (Regular)
  • Assistant (Legal): Professional degree in Law from a recognised University. One year experience of handling legal matters in a reputed organisation/or with experienced Advocate. Knowledge of Computer (MS Office) shall be desirable.
  • Assistant (Vigilance): Graduate with 55 % marks from recognized University, having 2 years experience in Police/CID or working in Vigilance set up of a Government Department/PSU. Preference to those candidates who have undergone training in Intelligence or Vigilance work. Experience relaxable by one year in case of exceptionally deserving candidates. Knowledge of Computers (MS Office) shall be desirable.
(B) Management Trainees:

  • Management Trainee (Prodn.): B.Sc. (Agri.) plus MBA (Agri Business Management) OR M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialisation in Agronomy / Seed Technology / Plant Breeding & Genetics/ Agriculture Entomology / Plant Pathology from a recognized University/ Institution with minimum 60% marks.
  • Management Trainee (Engg.): B.E./B.Tech. (Agri. Engg.) from recognized University/Institutions with minimum 60% marks.
  • Management Trainee (F&A): Pass in CA/CMA (ICWA) or 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized University/Institutions with minimum 60% marks.

(C) Diploma Trainees
  • 1. Diploma Trainee (Civil Engg.): Three years diploma in Agriculture Engineering/Civil Engineering with minimum 55% marks from a Govt. Polytechnic/Institution.
(D) Trainees
  • Trainee (Human Resource): BBA/BCA/BA (Personnel Management) OR Graduate with minimum 55% marks from recognized University/Institutions with one year Diploma in Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Human Resource Management/Labour Laws/Computer Application from a recognized University/Institution. In addition to the above, the candidate should have knowledge of MS Office and typing with speed of 40/35 WPM in English/Hindi in computer. Knowledge of Hindi typing is mandatory. In case a candidate does not possess Hindi typing at the time of selection, they have to pass the examination of Hindi typing during the course of training period.
  • Trainee (Finance): B.Com. with minimum 55% marks from recognized University. In addition to above knowledge of computer application is mandatory.
  • Trainee (Store): B.Sc. (Agri.) with minimum 55% marks from recognized University or Graduate with minimum 55% marks with one year diploma in Materials Management/Inventory Management/Stores Management. Knowledge of computer application is mandatory.
  • Trainee (Agriculture): 4 B.Sc. (Agriculture) with minimum 55% marks from recognized University. Knowledge of computer (MS Office) is mandatory.
  • Trainee (Laboratory): B.Sc. with Chemistry and Biology as subjects with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University/Institution

  • Salary:Selected candidates for the post of Assistant (Legal) and Assistant (Vigilance) positions will get the scale of pay Rs. 9400-25700/- (IDA).
    Management Trainees
  • Management Trainee (Production)- 10 Vacancies
  • Management Trainee (Agri Engineering)- 03 Vacancies
  • Management Trainee (Finance and Accounts)- 02 Vacancies
  • Salary:Selected candidates for the post of Management Trainee will be on training for a period of one year with consolidated stipend of Rs. 33226/- per month. On successful completion of training candidates will be absorbed within the company as Assistant Manager in respective discipline in the scale of pay Rs. 16400-40500/-.
    Diploma Trainee (at Supervisory level)
  • Diploma Trainee (Civil Engineering)- 06 Vacancies
  • Salary:Selected candidates for the post of Diploma Trainee will be on training for a period of one year with consolidated stipend of Rs. 19044/- per month. On successful completion of training candidates will be absorbed within the company as Junior Engineer in the scale of pay Rs. 9400-25700/-
    Trainees (at Non Supervisory level)
  • Trainee (Human Resource)- 13 Vacancies
  • Trainee (Finance)- 13 Vacancies
  • Trainee (Store)- 07 Vacancies
  • Trainee (Agriculture)- 12 Vacancies

  • Salary:Selected candidates for the post of Trainee will be on training for a period of one year with consolidated stipend of Rs. 14587/- per month. On successful completion of training candidates will be absorbed withinthe company as Assistant in the scale of pay Rs. 7200-20300/-.
