- Will be working on Web Services/Security/Storage solutions.
- Learn technologies like backup/restore/CDP/snapshot/replication management quickly
- Identify optimal solutions for user scenarios
- Develop, debug and maintain software modules in backup/restore/data protection product on Unix/Linux and/or Windows platforms
- Produce good quality code that is well tested
- Communicate with teams in remote geographies to understand issues or discuss solutions
- Interact with partners and customers to resolve field issues
- Present technical topics in internal and external forums
