Job Description :

• The Team Member Payroll is responsible for processing and/or auditing transactions in a timely and accurate manner as per the client specific standard operating procedures. The team member would be required to process pay impacting transactions in the client system. The team member works with the SME and manager to identify issues, opportunities for improvement and recommends / implements solutions. The team member should be able to perform rule based transactions with simple calculations. This role may be leveraged across multiple client teams.
• Acquire Payroll knowledge from SME (Internal/Client)
• Responsible for processing Tier 1 Payroll transactions.
• Responsible for core payroll activities such as Defensive queries, retro / Pay calculations or any other Tier 1 process as defined by the client.
• Prompt response to queries from Internal or External stake holders
• Ensure timely and accurate service delivery as per client SLAs
• Ensure consistent productivity & accuracy performance as per team requirements.
• Review/Update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
