Job Responsibilities: :

• Developing and supporting application integration code for interfacing with external Benefits & Payroll providers and external time collection system providers like Kronos
• Developing and supporting application integration code for interfacing to internal systems like Finance, Active Directory
• Providing fit gap analysis, business process re-engineering, configuration, data conversion, application integration, testing, rollout and post-implementation technical development support
• Providing technical analysis and requirements gathering skills with proven ability to think outside the box and find simple solutions to complex business problems
