• Planning and Budgeting Revenue (PxQ Model) & Costs (Direct and Indirect)
• Revenue forecasting Committed & Pipeline Analysis
• Analysis of Variance (Actual vs. Plan, Trend Analysis, Industry benchmarking, etc.)
• Monitoring of KPIs Financial & Operating
• Management Reporting Scorecard, Operating Metrics, etc.
• Decision Support: Pricing, Costing, Ad-hoc Assignments.
