Description:
- Responsible for allocation of job to Electricians to supervisor E&I Maintenance activities.
- Analysis of daily stoppages, preparing materials indent for spare parts of area.
- Supervision of plant improvement projects and new equipment installation.
- Cost Reduction in equipment down time, up gradation / modification in spares / equipments.
- Periodic calibrations of instruments related to quality control.
- System Implementation of ISO and preparing & maintaining records.
- Indentifying & eliminating unsafe places and practices in day to day working
- Provide on job training of E&I & safety to deptt. Workmen.
- Identification of critical problem in the area and proactively rectification of problem.
- Creating Safe work environment. Following safety standards and WCM at work area.
