- Nobody from Engineering background
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
- No Leave requirement over the next 3 months
- Good Analytical skills
- Good Listening skills
- Good communication skills/Comprehension skills
- Good Typing Skills
Technical Qualification:
- Typing Speed: 25 - 30 words per minute, Accuracy: 90-95%
- Must be familiar with MS office
Job Description:
- Data Entry of around 269 fields on client Loan Origination Platform/system. Associate will have to pull up various loan documents from clients imaging system to find required information to be entered
- Indexing of Loan Documents of the borrower per Standard Operating Procedures
- Figure out discrepancies in the information entered on the system against the loan documents
- Ensure that Loan Documents mentioned on the process checklist are available in the Imaging system
- Process loans on client software
- Meeting client deadlines/SLA in regards to Quality & Productivity on a weekly/monthly basis
- Maintain daily production sheet (Excel).
Selection Process:
- On line Aptitude Test process( Comprehension, Analytical, Non Verbal Reasoning)
- Typing Test
- 2 levels of Personal Interview
