Job Description:
Role purpose is to identify and hire and agent who would be able to cater to Vodafone Ireland consumer customers on chats.The queries on chats would revolve around all the services currently available to Vodafone IE customers.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achievement of agreed KPI’s in order to meet quality / productivity targets
- Maintain transactional accuracy as per the set quality targets
- Adherence to the organizational procedures and policies
- Professional approach and behaviors that aligns commitment to and delivery of the Brand Essence of Vodafone UK
- Excellent ability to work with the team and at the same time demonstrate performance driven by individual efforts and initiatives
- The user will have a direct interactoin with the end customer and all descisions need to be based on the process set by the client
