Roles and Responsibilities:
- Review Medical Records / Charts
- Identify and Capture the Clinical Data
- Accountable for both Productivity and Quality
- Day to Day interaction with Onshore Team
- Performs the tasks as assigned
- Calculate other insurance and re-pricing benefits
- Work claims files to ensure the appropriate eligibility and provider records are matched to the claim
