- Complaint Management.
- Solving Customer queries.
- Using process knowledge in replying to customers.
- Maintaining quality standards.
- Effectively meeting the SLA parameters as set.
- Generating Purchase orders and editing the same to suite internal/customer requirements.
- Managing and updating customer and client database.
Skill Set Required:
- Good Analytical and Interpretation Skills
- Typing speed - 20 wpm with 90% accuracy.
- Should have familiarity with Windows Operating System and desktop system.
- Good written and verbal communication skills/ multilingual skills.
- Should have keen eye for details
