- Candidate Must have Technical Bachlor's degree ( B.E/ M.Tech/ BCA/ MCA)with min 60% marks in 10th ,12th and graduation.
- Candidate Should have 0-1 years Exp in Technical support,Windows admin, Active directory Basic Active Directory
- Administration for user accounts and other business applications; Adds, changes & deletions etc.
- Maintenance of Security & Distribution list membership
- User administration of customer email accounts.
- Should be ready for 1 year contract job
- Should have excellent communication skills Should be ready for 24*7 shifts
- Should be ready to work on client site (Aristocrat-Noida) Should be ready for one year Contract
Job Description:
- Provide a high quality level of support for issues logged via Phone,
- Ensure documented SLAs are exceeded or met.
- Create, update, escalate and close incident and service requests in IT Ticketing System.
- Perform application installation and configuration.
- Escalate unresolved issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Review documented processes and Knowledge Base articles.
- Ensure responses to customers are professional, timely and effective.
