Job Description :

• Validating and indexing invoices on business tool
• Processing invoices in SAP post three way match
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision
• Ability to handle, trouble shoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks
• Handling customer queries through email and call
• Allocation of volume and queues of proflow
• B2B Collections, Deduction Management,AR helpdesk & AP helpdesk, P2P2.
• Collections on past due
• Generating Payment Run

Skills Required :

• Good understanding of Accounting principles
• Exposure to ERP like SAP will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of End to End AP cycle and strong knowledge in invoice processing
• Ability to Stretch as and when required and meet the Customer Demands
• Effective and Excellent Communication Skills so as to deal with Customer
• Should have Accounts Receivable/ Accounts Payable knowledge & Prior Collections experience.

Preferred Skills :

• Computer skills related to Microsoft Office excel, outlook, word.
• Typing proficiency 40words/min with 90% accuracy
• Energetic, confident and assertive person
• Knowledge on tools used in invoice processing (workflow, OCR etc)
• Good Analytical skills
