Desired Candidate Profile:
- Fresher OR 6 Months relevant experience in managing Linux server, Applications based on Linux platform
- Great communication skills
- Must imbibe our company values and behaviours
- Must be a Team Player
- Must be open to work in shifts
- Must have a keen technical inclination to learn several technologies and not specialize in only one technology
- Should have basic Networking Knowledge
- Should have exposure to DNS, DHCP, Linux OS, Load Balancers and Proxies.
- RHCE Certification, MCSE or Solaris certifications would be preferred
- Good analysis and troubleshooting skills
- Pearl or shell scripting skills would be preferred
Key Accountabilities:
- Drive Efficiency by responding for the Monitoring Alert and rectifying the issue
- Understand and manage monitoring platform
- Incident Management for all proactive faults
- Handling of Remedy tickets, Vendor and Change management
- Follow up of Monitoring alerts and proactive fault
- Customer Service Level Agreement Deliverables
- Daily Health check of the devices managed by Vodafone Ops
- Good Communication verbal and written with the customers
