Responsibilities & Tasks :

• Understanding and Feasibility Analysis, projection of customer requirements
• Evaluate and recommend new Tools
• Interface with pre-sales team
• Interface with Sales team for tools related queries
• Interface with delivery managers for day to day operational activities
• Maintenance of vendor agreements
• Debugging dropped packets, whether at the network, NIC, OS, or application layers
• Troubleshooting kernel panics and system hangs
• Analyzing performance issues in servers

Position Qualifications :

• Degree in Engineering(ECE/CSE/IT )
• Engineer - 0-5 years of experience in Telecom/IT wrt Monitoring , System Administration, Troubleshooting exposure in Linux , Windows.
• Senior Engineer – 5 – 8 years of experience in IT/Telecom and facilitates the tools requirement from various customers , System Administration of various Tools, costing of tools.
• Specialist – 8 years and more experience in Telecom/IT , leads the compliance, audit, costing of tools, governance meeting etc.
• Certifications [ Any ] : ITILV3, CCNA, MCSE, Sun Solaris, Linux
