Candidate Profile:
- 0-2 years of high volume lead generation via emails, cold calling, bidding on RFPs.
- Understanding customers’ diverse, specific business needs and applying product knowledge to meet those needs.
- Closing the business and generating revenue.
- Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business, arrange meetings and close the prospective leads.
- Identifying and developing new business through networking and courtesy and follow-up calls.
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
- Developing effective sales plans using sales methodology and strategies.
- Meeting sales targets set by managers and contributing to team targets.
- Networking with existing customers in order to maintain links and promote additional products and upgrades.
- Managing workload in order to organize and prioritize daily and weekly goals.
- Contributing to team or progress meetings to update and inform colleagues.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal both).
- Must have good analytical skill.
- Must be flexible,enthusiastic and proactive.
- Must have excellent marketing skills.
- Brilliant in academics and having some achievement will be an advantage.
- Must have 70% or above in academics.
- Candidates having 70% or above in academics are only eligible for this position.
- We are looking for candidates with bright academic record & a BBA from a good college.
