Job Description :

• Sourcing, Screening & Short-listing profiles based on the specifications of the requirement.
• Interacting with the team members regarding the requirements. 
• Should responsible for sending daily, weekly & Monthly reports to the Managing Director.
• Job posting and mass-mailing for various requirement in job portals & social Network.
• Responsible for Maintenance of internal data base.
• Regular follow ups with the Offered candidates for Offer acceptance and date of Joining.
