• Looking for a graduate with very good communication skills.
• Working experience as a service desk executive / technical support.
• Knowledge / working experience in hardware and networking would be an added advantage.
• Working experience e in international BPO / Voice process would be highly preferred.
• Willing to work in 24/7 rotational shifts.
