Job Description:
- Headhunting suitable candidates as per specifications given by the client.
- Interviewing the candidates and scheduling interviews.
- End to End Recruitment for positions across verticals of the company.
- Sourcing, Screening and short listing the profiles.
- Understanding the Client requirements (Client co-ordination).
- Sourcing the candidates from different portals, database, network.
- Educating the candidate about the job profile.
- Screening the candidate and fixing an appointment.
- Follow up of the candidate until they turns into a joining.
- Closing the requirements in the given time.
- Getting an understanding about the JD shared by client.
- Responsible for an annual target.
Desired Profile:
- Good communication and Presentation Skills.
- Should be a good performer.
- Good Interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Fluency in English and local language.
- Good Network building capabilities.
