Job Description:
- Responsible for end to end recruitment process
- Sourcing candidates through various - Job sites, social networking sites etc.
- Screen, select, and submit candidates to open requirements.
- Candidate should be proficient in using Job Portals and Networking sites to mine for suitable candidates
- Use various job portals, social networking sites, and networking tools to generate pool of suitable talent.
- Follow up with candidate during the interview stage.
- Maintain database and other reports as required.
- Good communication (Verbal & Written).
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Preliminary screening/short-listing the right candidates for the position.
- Coordinating for the feedback of the candidates and improve sourcing based on the discussions.
- Follow up on the feedbacks.
- Follow up with the candidate till onboard.
- Good attitude, team player, target driven, career oriented and a quick learner.
- Taking ownership of handling walk-ins. Maintaining Joint resume database Computer savvy.
- Good communication and convincing skills. Flexible regarding work timings.
- A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates working IT Corporate Recruitment in BI, BW, DWH technologies encompassing, Informatica, Business Objects, Microstrategy, OBIEE, SAP, ODI, SAP Hana amp; Sales Force.
