Job Details:
  • The Business Development Executive/officer will work to identify, expand, and generate only new business opportunities/hunting new clients, in the U.K geography.
  • He/ She must be an able self starter who requires minimal training and can Identify / establish contact with prospects through cold calling and email campaigns.
  • Ability to achieve finalizing meeting targets after researching about the prospective clients, by setting up quality meetings with the relevant SPOC.
  • Personally develop strong, long-term relationships and must have experience in liaising with C-Level, VP-Level, Director- Level contacts in the U.K.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Packages - Word, Power and Excel - For Creating presentations, Overview documents and Maintaining contacts lists.
  • Ability to perform Market Research across various industry verticals to identify the right SPOC.
  • Must be effectively able to use LinkedIn to scope prospects and generate leads.
  • Must have solid experience in interacting with International Clients (Primarily UK Market).

Desired Profile:
  • Good understanding of British accent, ability to prepare presentations, email prospects and generate sales reports.
  • Willingness to work in the U.K time-zone.
  • Must have research experience in profiling prospects as per the target campaign/Market.
  • Preferable - Sales experience in selling products/solutions/ services to UK clients over the telephone.
  • Preferable - Exposure in BPO Industry/ Call center Services/ IT Services.
  • Dynamic, persevering, aggressive, self-motivated, results oriented, creative thinker; can-do attitude, analytical and flexible.
  • Must possess at least a Bachelors/ College degree in Business Management, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
  • Must have a proven track record in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Must be accountable, resourceful, with good time management and leadership potential(desirable).
  • Must achieve lead generation, prospecting and finalization of meetings along with other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline, from time to time and as per changing market conditions.
  • Should be a team player, must be able to motivate colleagues, positive attitude.
