• Provide support for desktop troubleshooting.
• Troubleshooting Hardware and Software.
• Can operate comfortably in windows XP , Windows 7 & Windows 8.
• Installation of all types of drivers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft-Outlook configuration.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2008.
• Knowledge of IP addresses & subnetting.
• Installation of different types of Software Application.
• Installation of LANs & solving all the troubleshooting issues.
• Installation of operating system Windows 98, Windows 2000, Windows XP, Windows 7,Windows 8.
• IT Security (EPo Server, Threat Management and Fire wall).
• Server Data Backup.
• Linux Administration.
• Cloud Computing.
• Age: Less than 26 Yrs.
