Job Description:
- Formatting of legal documents & scrutinizing the same.
- Responsible for handling, printing, scanning, verification and filing of all legal documents.
- Maintenance of MIS for all legal works handled by the department and send weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports.
- Receiving, filing, reviewing notices, replies to notice and other legal communications.
- Coordinate internally with various departments for the signing of legal documents and various other legal processes.
- Managing contracts through in-house document management system and record room maintenance of files.
- Travel to other external offices/stamp vendors within the city, for filing/procurement of documents, as necessary.
- Coordinate with external advocates/other external and internal parties for the process of payment of invoices etc.,
- Qualified graduate having experience in legal departments.
- Good drafting, MS suite & communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
- Positive attitude, process-oriented approach and flexibility in the area and timings of work.
