Job Description :

• Preparing MIS Reports as per the business requirements.
• Preparation of Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly Dashboards.
• Preparation of Daily Productivity and Quality Reports.
• Perform analysis based on key performance indicators.
• Client Reports & Management Reports (Headcount, Attritions and Seat utilization).
• Preparation of associate performance scorecards.

Technical Skills:

• Good communication skills.
• Experience in working on different MS Office reporting & database tools for e.g., MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint etc.
• Proficiency in using windows based computer system.
• Good typing skills.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
• Must be self-starter, detail oriented with the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
• Positive attitude and Strong work ethics.
• Requires minimum supervision.
• Ability to handle deadlines and high volume.
