Job Description:

• Provide effective and timely resolution to a range of customer inquiries/complaints and follow them up to final resolution.
• Resolve conflicts between vendors and customers by helping them arrive a satisfactory conclusion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for closing the issue at the earliest.
• Deliver high class customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Meet call/email quality standards.
• Complete call logs and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of 1-2 years in customer service or escalation management.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem Solving Approach.
• Conflict Management.
• Customer Expectation Management.
• Logical reasoning.
• Empathy towards customers based on seriousness of the issue.
• Self-motivated and flexible to work in shifts.

Skills:

• Candidate should be very fluent in speaking English, Hindi & any one South Indian languages.
