Job Summary:

• We are looking for a Data entry operator to manage effectively large amounts of information at a faster pace. 
• The target is to insert, update and maintain accurate data on computer systems and in archives.

Job Responsibilities:

• To make detailed entries of candidates who have appeared for the recruitment process on day to day basis.
• Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data.
• Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
• Scan documents into document management systems or databases.
• Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations.
• Any other tasks which may be required during the course of the job.

Skills:

• High typing accuracy and speed.
• Moderate level excel skills required.
• Good Email drafting skills.
• Proficiency in basic MS office applications such as power point and Word.
