Salary :Rs: 1,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.

Job Description:

• Maintaining good relations with the channel partners assigned in her territory and proactively approaching them over telephone & emails for increasing sales.

Job Responsibilities:

• Keep following up with inactive channel partners and get them to book seats with us, thus converting them into active channel partners.
• Maintain the Alliance MIS for the region and provide support to other Alliance team members for emergencies, whenever they are in the field and require remote assistance. 
• Liaise with central support team to resolve any issues of channel partners assigned to her. 
• Help in new tie-up especially those that come in as online queries, and from remote areas where we do not have manpower. 
• The incumbent will have to meet the seat (sales) volume targets and active agent targets assigned to her.

Skills:

• Female candidate with 20 to 27 yrs of age. 
• Should have a sales background.
• Should have good negotiating skills.
• Should have good communication skills and be fluent in English and local language.
