Job Description:
- Understands the requirement, performs coding, unit testing, deployment/roll-out to end users.

Job Responsibilities:
- To understand requirements and design.
- To perform coding with quality and following standards.
- To execute unit testing, integration testing for every development.
- To document every development work in detail as per the process guideline.
- To research problems discovered by QA or product support and resolve them addressing the cause.
- To follow all the metrics in delivering the best quality product.
- To assist in performing on-site client work, being available from India, during the clients time zone.
- To take care of product with minimal transition from product architects.
- To follow the processes defined at organization/department level, IDM.
- To communicate effectively, fluently in written/oral with a good interpersonal skills as a team player.
- Able to perform the defined activities with minimal supervision and zeal to perform more than what is defined.
Requirements:
- 3 to 6 years of technical experience in software design and product support.
- Functional knowledge in Public Sector / Government agencies (preferably from the North American region) would add value.
- Strong technical and application knowledge and working experience in C#, OOPS, ASP .NET, ADO.NET, XML, XML Schema and SQL Server, Oracle (PLSQL) , JQuery, JavaScript, Windows Application Development.
- Working experience in Government / Public sector industry is an added advantage
- Excellent technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation.
- Excellent analytical, logical, reasoning skills with great grasping capacity.
- Excellent analyzing skills at multiple product levels.
- Excellent understanding of software development/customization processes.
