• Sourcing candidate as per the requirement.
• Proficient in the use of Job Boards like Naukri and Monster to source Candidates.
• Scheduling shortlisted candidates for the interview.

Desired Profile:

• Excellent communication skills and aggressive approach.
• Permanent and contract staffing experience is must.
• Strong in Salary Negotiations with prospective candidates.
• Good knowledge of technologies.
• Aggressive approach towards target and team building.
