Job Description:
- Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting methods by using job boards (Dice, Monster, Career Builder etc.) & networking websites (LinkedIn ,indeed etc.).
- Successfully match and qualify candidates based on their strengths vs. client requirements.
- Conduct phone interviews, negotiate salary/hourly wage rates and other conditions of employment, gain acceptance from candidates on authorization to submit resume to clients, extend offer of employment and must maintain records in Applicant Tracking System (Job Diva).
- We are looking for stable resources that are looking for a long term opportunity.
Desired Profile:
- The ideal candidate will be highly driven with superior communication and interpersonal skills.
- Candidate must be a quick learner with a positive attitude.
- Should have ability to deliver results in fast paced & metrics driven environment.
- Candidate must be willing to work in permanent night shifts.
- Candidates with previous BPO background would be given preference.
