Job Description:
Eligibility: Any Computer Science Graduate.
Industry: IT/Software.
Position: System Engineer/Senior System Engineer.
Experience: 4 - 8 yrs.
Location: Chennai.
Desired Profile:
- Should have experience in Core Java, JSP, Servlets, SQL.
- Experience or knowledge in frameworks like Struts, Hibernate or Spring would be added advantage.
- In depth knowledge in SQL Server or Oracle Database including schema design, SQL queries, stored procedures, etc.
- Experience developing and deploying web-based applications in WebLogic, WebSphere, Apache Tomcat or Jboss assurance.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including design, development, deployment, quality assurance support and post-implementation maintenance.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- A strong commitment to quality.
- Experience in Onsite Offshore model.
- Should be capable and willing to work in a dynamic environment against aggressive delivery schedules.
- Should be able to present and communicate effectively with international clients, team members and management.
- Experience using version control and bug tracking systems.
- Should work closely with solution architects to implement best-of-class solutions.
- Design, develop and lead software and database development and maintenance projects.
- Candidates should be self driven and should have a proven ability to mentor and lead a team of developers.
