Description

• Works under very general direction on managing the process and fulfilling objectives of the Order Fulfillment team related to External Sourcing.
• Work on achieving the respective contractual & service targets of spares performance in line with respective customer requirements.
• Performs transactions related to dashboard process on customer demand and work with relevant stakeholders to fulfill the demand.
• Manage internal and external supply / demand balance through Procurement to ensure that commit dates are met and improved per customer needs.
• Work with relevant stakeholders to get the tasks completed considering both prospective i.e. Customer satisfaction & Company requirement.
• Drives root cause and corrective action on the issues impacting organization metrics and participate or acts as team leader for process improvements.
• Participate in internal customer meeting and ensure resolution to their issues related to spares performance.
• Ensure compliance to safety & quality standards set by company & management.
• Compliance to Local & global HR policy.

Desired Profile:

• Requires a good understanding of supply chain management, information systems, and customer relations.
• Requires strong skills in problem solving, written and verbal communication, global business perspective, personal effectiveness, customer orientation, project management, team skills, and quality. Requires proficiency in SAP, Oracle, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Requires a B.S. level degree or equivalent in business, purchasing, materials, distribution, supply chain management, or related discipline. 3+ years related experience in a materials or manufacturing environment.
• 4+ years related experience, to include1-2 years’ experience in supply chain planning or outsourcing, with previous experience in project management.
