- Bachelor's degree in related field from a four-year college or university with zero to three years related experience; or Equivalent combination of education and experience

- Proven time management skills Excellent customer service and support skills
- Able to work well under pressure Exhibit professional demeanor Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills
