Description:
- To provide voice based support with regards to service calls pertaining to infrastructural issues of the stores and Distribution centres.
- Raising invoices for services rendered by third party vendors and helping them with their queries, Generating financial reports to the business like reconciling supplier statements and FSI, Providing technical support to store for equipments and calculating OT (overtime) wages for in-house engineers are other key responsibilities.
