Desired Profile

  • Prefer candidates who have Helpdesk background or with Technical Support Background in a 24x7 voice based environment serving to North America or EMEA users.
  • Strong knowledge in OS (Windows XP, Win 7, Linux, Mac).
  • Experience working with either two or more of these.
  • Troubleshooting LAN, WAN, VPN, Outlook issues.
  • Basic knowledge about Active Directory and Exchange.
