The trainee will be initially posted at Lucknow but can be moved anywhere within or outside the state during his traineeship period. Only candidates locationally flexible/ mobile need apply to the position.

- Assessment & Appointment of right Dealers & Distributors after thorough screening, Activating low performing Dealers and unlocking certain key counters etc.
- Handling Key Multi brand outlets
- Designing Local Branch Schemes
- Maintain commercial discipline in sales
