Job Description :

Understand the Video, Intrusion, Access and Fire system requirements from customers and guide them in selecting products

/Have clear understanding about the glossary used in Video, Intrusion, Access and Fire systems, and can clearly explain the same to customers

Have the ability to visualize the site conditions and advise customer for most suitable solution

Have commercial sense and use the same while creating solutions

Have thorough knowledge in Video, Intrusion, Access and Fire systems, and is aware of the USPs of brands and products

Have the ability to understand the common problems faced in Video, Intrusion, Access and Fire installations

Have the ability to troubleshoot and help the customer in resolving tech issues

Develop skills on problem analysis

Provide support in specifying products for projects

Need to know the USPs (Unique Selling Points) of products and educate customers on the same for inclusion in tender specifications

Desired Profile :

Very good knowledge on Oracle SQL and PL/SQL

Scripting Languages: JavaScript

Knowledge on Oracle Application Express (APEX) is essential

Knowledge in Java, XML will be an advantage
